Solution:
To Activate icons on left side of banner forms: GUAUPRF form (User Preferences): Click on Customize Toolbar See vertical tool bar canvas icons. Click to select, then right click on icon you wish to activate. (e.g. word, excel, www). When dialog box appears, BROWSE for the Program and select winword.exe from your programs/Microsoft office files folder.... Do the same for excel.... Example: For MSWORD: ""C:\"Program Files"\"Microsoft Office"\"Office"\"Winword.exe""" For MS Excel: ""C:\"Program Files"\"Microsoft Office"\"Office"\"Excel.exe""" For Internet: type in program field : http://www.southernct.edu Then click apply and ok. Exit off banner and log in again and settings should allow you to click on the icon to the left of the form and open word, excel or www. To reset bookshelf for documentation: GUAUPRF form - select customize then right click on the bookshelf icon itself. Change the properties from X drive to Y drive. And save .
